Shipping policy

We only ship within the United States and use USPS, sometimes UPS and FedEx.

Free shipping is included for all coffee. All of our coffee is roasted and packaged the same day it ships. This ensures you receive the freshest product possible. Please allow 3-10 business days for your coffee to arrive (holiday season may take longer).

Merchandise is not generally shipped with coffee because our merchandise comes from a different warehouse not associated with our roasting facility. Because of that, you'll receive the merchandise in separate packages. Sometimes different pieces of merchandise are shipped separately to speed up delivery times. You'll be given a tracking number for each package.
